Both asking for free and expecting for free is a huge problem in 2018. Someone started this movement and they should be made to ask everyone to stop. All it does is give people permission to be assholes and expect that if you ask in a certain way you can have it for free. I personally have also written a blog about this. It is killing small business every day, especially creatives, and people just need to stop!

Taking advantage of another person is just not ok, the person asking for the free item is a thief in my opinion.
